Equine

Horses are predisposed to many injuries both from work and accidents in the field. These include back conditions due to a weak core, hindlimb lameness or poor saddle fit; tendon and muscle injuries, lameness, nerve injuries and changes in performance and behaviour due to undiagnosed pain.

Equine physiotherapy can therefore be used to help prevent or manage many of these diseases. It aids and enhances recovery following a condition or after surgery, as well as maintenance cases both for the amateur and sports performance horse.
